Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling: I require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours from your appointment will be charged 50% of booked service(s). (This also applies to partial cancellations; if you remove a service, same policy will be applied) Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients. Late arrivals may be treated as a no-show. I will always do my best to accommodate and reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you. No-shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the booked service(s). ⸻ Please limit to 2 reschedules per appointment. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. ⸻ Refunds & Adjustments All services are non-refundable once completed. If adjustments are needed, they must be requested within 7 days of the appointment and will be addressed at the discretion of Ava. Adjustments are intended to refine the original service discussed during consultation and do not constitute a new service. By completing payment at checkout, the client acknowledges that services were rendered in full and approved at the time of departure. ⸻ Studio Policies No children are permitted in the salon studio unless being serviced. Please do not bring additional guests, as space is limited. You are welcome to bring snacks or a laptop to work!
