Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to me. I realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide at least 48 hours notice. My Policy: A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will provide the service. If I cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you. No show appointments will invoke a no show fee. The amount charged will be equal to 100% of the booked services. Only one reschedule is permitted for each appointment. A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide. Please note that we do not provide refunds of any kind. No children are permitted in the salon studio unless being serviced. Please do not bring guests since my space is limited.
