Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked services. This also applies to partial cancellations—if you remove a service within 48 hours, 50% of that service will still be charged. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to provide the service. If I cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will always do my best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked services. Appointments may only be rescheduled once per booking. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. ⸻ Refunds & Adjustments All services are non-refundable once completed. If adjustments are needed, they must be requested within 7 days of the appointment and will be addressed at the discretion of Ava. Adjustments are intended to refine the original service discussed during consultation and do not constitute a new service. By completing payment at checkout, the client acknowledges that services were rendered in full and approved at the time of departure. Initiating a chargeback after services have been rendered and approved will be considered a breach of this agreement and may be pursued accordingly. ⸻ Studio Policies No children are permitted in the salon studio unless being serviced. Please do not bring additional guests, as space is limited.
